Århus Kommune: Employee Handbook, Direct Mail and Balloon Event
Sæt kolor på kommunen was an internal campaign to raise awareness around the Århus city councils new and improved communication skills. The small pantone book offers 10 good ways of putting color into the city council such as: SMIL S 100, and useful bits such as: "a frowning face uses 72 muscles, a smiling face uses 14." A bookmark was included to remind those who are always unavailable and closed off, to try to be a bit more reachable to others. A direct mail sent to all Århus Kommune employees motivates them to spread color over the city by participating in the balloon event.
